By using our website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you adhere to this requirement.

These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.

Sanso-Interiors maintains the www.sanso-interiors.com website. The following are the terms of use that govern the use of the Site. By using the site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Sanso-Interiors privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. Sanso-Interiors reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, Sanso-Interiors may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

All rights in this website, including copyright, are owned by or licensed to Sanso-Interiors. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Sanso-Interiors. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

TERMS OF SALE

Sanso-Interiors accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of COMPANY. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

VAT will be outlined on purchase invoices to all orders in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority guidelines.

Materials

Our products are made with leftovers and recycled materials. This means that although the material you select will be the same as on the image, each piece may have different characteristics, grain patterns and markings. Some pieces may also have natural knots, surface etches, oxidation, mineral staining and natural line patterns. Sanso-Interiors cannot accept responsibility for any rejected orders based on the above. Rest assured that our team will always review our products and would not send something out if it was not 100% satisfactory.

WOOD CARING

Wood is a natural material; it will undergo a natural aging process and change colour overtime with exposure to UV light and oxygen.

CLEANING: Clean surfaces using a soft dampened cloth with water and wipe away any remaining moisture with a dry cloth. Use cotton, as synthetic fibers can cause surface scratches.

Avoid the use of ammonia-based products or silicone oils.

Remove promptly any liquid spills, blot it gently without rubbing the surface.

Avoid excessive prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures and high humidity environments. High humidity causes wood to swell. Extreme changes cause warping, splitting, and cracking.

Once per month, try to clean the surface with a cleaner formulated specifically for wood furniture.

REMOVE WATER STAINS:

Water stains are often in the form of white rings or white cloudy watermarks.

The easiest way to remove them is to use a hairdryer or heat gun:  Set it to medium to high temperature. Hold it around 10 cm away from tabletop and move it side to side over the stained area. After 2-3 minutes the stain should start to fade.

 

MARBLE CARING

An A-grade protective sealant is carefully applied to your marble on arrival. It does help to protect against stains.

CLEANING: Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth. Clean with a soft cloth using warm water and detergent, rinse it with water and dry with a soft cloth.

If using detergent, try to use a natural product.

REMOVE STAINS: You can use a household bleach to remove stains, but the bleach should be washed away before it dries. Rinse the stone with clean water afterwards.

Do not use soap as it can cause the light stone to darken. 

Warranty

We offer one year’s warranty on all ‘Furniture’ items covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It excludes any damage, conditions or malfunctions caused by the owner altering the product in any way.

Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

To obtain warranty services on a product, please contact us to determine the best solution to the problem. Each will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

ORDER PROCESS

To enter a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken: you must select the product you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout; you must fill in the online order procedure following the relevant instructions.

The order form contains information on the main characteristics of the product ordered, the relevant unit price, the type of payment that you may use to purchase this product, and the collecting terms for the purchased product.

An email or WhatsApp will be sent to you to proceed to payment, our payment service provider will handle your payment; we will then send you an initial acknowledgement; and once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.

The submission of orders must be in English or French.

An order shall be deemed submitted when Sanso-Interiors receives your order form electronically and the order’s information has been verified as correct.

Please note that all and any item price is provided without duties, taxes or fees that you may need to pay to local authorities to receive the merchandise. All purchases are in AED.

We would like to remind you that all items purchased are intended for use in the country they were ordered from. If, however, you decide to take the items to another country, you will be responsible for adhering to both the exportation legislation of the order country and the importation legislation of the destination country.

PRODUCTS

We will regularly change the products available on our website.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication.

The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available anymore.

PRICES

Our prices are quoted on our website.

All prices are given in ARAB EMIRATES DIRHAMS (AED) inclusive of the Value-added Tax (VAT), applicable in the UAE.

In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has committed to implement VAT starting January 1st, 2018. With a standard rate of 5%, VAT will apply to most of the supplies of goods and services supplied from this date, these taxes are including in the final prices.

PAYMENTS

You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the products you order.

Payments may be made by our online payment providers and by PayPal.

If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products.

Payments must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. Modes of payment can be deleted, added or modified at any time by Sanso-Interiors. It is the responsibility of the account holder to constantly recheck for any such changes.

CREDIT CARDS:  Sanso-Interiors accepts Visa and MasterCard card in AED as a way of payment via secure payment gateway. Sanso-Interiors takes extensive measures to ensure all information and Data collected from customers is always kept 100% confidential.

CASH PAYMENTS: Sanso-Interiors also offers customers the option of paying cash as an alternative payment method.

Upon order, payment confirmation will be sent via email to your registered email address.
