DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. We will only deliver products to real street addresses and do not deliver to PO BOX.

We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 5 days following the later of receipt of payment and the date of the order confirmation.

We deliver exclusively in UAE. From time to time, we may use a third-party delivery provider depending on the item and delivery address.

Delivery rates might be mentioned at checkout and vary depending on the delivery address.

DELIVERY IN DUBAI – Standard delivery is free.

DELIVERY IN SHARJAH & ABU DHABI – Standard delivery is approx. AED150 and takes approximately 5 days.

We will contact you at least two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 3-hour window of time in which to deliver your item.

Sanso-Interiors will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for Sanso-Interiors Collection

Exclusively for purchases made through our e-shop, we offer a 48h return policy: if the item ordered doesn’t satisfy you, you will get a refund of the corresponding amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Each order that leaves our warehouse undergoes a complete inspection so that it arrives to you safely and happy. If you believe the product is defective or was damaged, photographs must be taken and shared with us immediately. If this is the case, you are within your rights to refuse the product.

Exchanges and returns can be used against full refund or alternative items to the same value.

Contact us at sanso-interiors@gmail.com within 48h after receiving your order so we can help you complete the return process. Return costs will be at the charge of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow 5-7 days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Return Policy for Bespoke Furniture

Once an order for Bespoke furniture has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed, we cannot accept any cancellations of the order.

Each piece which is bespoke, and made to order, meaning we have purchased the materials and our craftsmen have already been hard at work making your piece.

Therefore, please make sure you have checked all sizes and materials where needed, to ensure you are going to be 100% happy with your piece.

If a product or piece has one of more of the following issues: the wrong product was sent to you, the product is defective or he has arrived to you damaged – we will offer immediate resolutions on a case-by-case basis, and in a timely manner.

Any agreed refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Damaged products

Refunds will be provided for defective goods if repair or replacement options are unavailable. Repair or exchange of the goods is limited to defects that are not caused by misuse of failure to follow care instructions; such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

All our collection is hand crafted by our artisans, each piece is unique and hand-made, variations in colours, visible joints or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
